Happy to announce my next exhibition at Galerie am Maxmonument in Munich, Germany. It's actually exactly where I started in 2017 - and therefore a return to dear friends and interested people!

The exhibition will be in place until January 14th. All donations will be used for my wonderful friends of Jigiya Bon ("houses of hope"), supporting kids to grow up with adequate education in Mali, Africa.

30.06.2017 | 89 Min.

Announced
Appointed to AVFI's Board of Advisors

I was recently appointed to AVFI - Anti Violence Film Initiative. We believe in a world where compassion wins over cold politics, peace wins over terror, and love and respect win over bigotry. We want victims of violence to use audio-visual media to express themselves. We want them to document their stories and let the world know. Because the world needs to know.
In July we had our first session with some wonderful Ezidi kids of Khanke Camp nearby Dohuk - and some GoPro cameras that were given us by GoPro Germany. After some shy running-away in the beginning the kids became more and more comfy with the small gadgets... and eventually did their first pieces of filming.
